ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!!
Now that Pierce County has transitioned to phase 2, Tacoma R/C Raceway will now be open to a limited number of customers in the hobby shop and track area. We will be allowing a maximum of 3 people into the hobby shop area to maintain social distancing. The track area is limited to 25 people (Starting June 22nd), 2 people at each open table. Track time is limited to a 4-hour session unless there is no one waiting to take your place. Area's of the pit tables will be closed to establish social distancing.
Race days will also be limited to 25 people on a signup basis prior to the race day. Tacoma R/C Raceway will establish a way to signup early for the race either by phone or on-line. We are still working on the best way to proceed, as soon as we establish a method we will announce it on both on our website and Facebook pages. Our first race day will be Friday June 26th, 2020, mark your calendars.
To make customers feel as comfortable as possible in the hobby shop, we have placed markers on the floor to ensure a 6-foot distance between each customer at all times. We ask that you please respect the mandatory social distancing. Though the hobby shop is open, we will still be offering curbside pickup for those who don’t feel comfortable entering the business. Our goal is to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible at all times.
The track area has plenty of room to practice social distancing. Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival to verify health. The driver’s stand is clearly marked for a maximum of 6 drivers at a time and operates at a specific direction, entry from the left side (looking at the stand) and exit on the right side. Controlled practice will be running at all times for a 10-minute session. If you need something from the hobby shop while you are using the track, please proceed out the back door and respect the 3 person limit in the hobby shop, there may be a line.

Monday: Practice 10am-6pm
Tuesday: Practice 10am-6pm
Wednesday: Practice 10am-6pm
Thursday: Practice 10am-6pm
Friday: Practice 10am-2pm
Racing 3pm-Close (Starting at 6pm)
Saturday: Practice 10am-8pm
Sunday: Racing 1pm (Open 10am)

Saturday and Sunday, 10am-8pm
Face coverings are recommended inside the hobby shop and track area, but they are not mandatory.
